The bartender is apparently taking a nap on the floor behind the bar with a big lump on his head and a black eye. He won't be waking up any time soon.
Nearby sits an intense-looking lifeguard with a vein bulging out on his forehead eating a plate. You can hear the china crackling in his teeth. His eyes are bulging out of his head. The whistle hangs around his neck.
A phone sits on the edge of the counter. It looks like it's covered in grease.
Use the phone.
Ask the lifeguard if you can use the phone.
Talk to the lifeguard.
