Into the Forest

You head up into the forest.  All around you hear the sounds of birds singing, and the sunlight dapples the ground as it passes through the full branches overhead.  The smells of the forest are soothing.

You find yourself entering a small clearing.  There's a large, gnarled tree standing in the middle of it.  Atop the tree you see an odd-looking branch, but there's no branches any lower on the tree to climb.
