There's a large field here with a parking lot in it, the kickoff point for a path that runs into the forest. You have heard that this is a popular kickoff point for campers heading out into the woods. There's a water tower here with a muffin painted on it. The large wooden support legs have seen better days, as one of them is broken and the others are in fairly rough shape. The road curves away downwards here into the forest.
The ubiquitous "Mystery Shack" signs are here as well, pointing down the hill.
