The alley behind the arcade is also behind the local convenient store, the Dusk to Dawn. It is closed and completely surrounded by a fence that has signs on it which say "KEEP OUT." You think you see that the flap on the dumpster next to the convenient story is moving slightly!
Climb over the fence into the store parking lot.
Go around the fence looking for a hole in it.
Go back around to the front of the arcade.
