Holding your breath, you squeeze past the bulk of the sleeping giant. Its chest heaves as it breathes in and out heavily. You make your way past it, ignoring the cold water, and out onto the rocky shelf behind the waterfall.
Gritting your teeth, you jump through the waterfall and into the lake. The creature never stirs. You are at the far end of Gravity Falls Lake, not too far from the island. Fortunately there is a collection of driftwood nearby, and you climb atop one of the fallen trees.
A passing patrol boat sees you and approaches.
"Do you need help?" says the fat cop inside. "We can take you back home."
The other one rings a bell. "Whoo! Rescue mission!"
You nod, and the police bring you aboard and take you back home, the whole time talking about whether their Horoscopes today were talking about you when it said they would rescue a wet stranger near a waterfall, or whether it meant somebody else.
At the end of the day they return you home, and you collapse into bed, exhausted. The day was a little more excited than you thought.
Try again.
Try another adventure.
