Roof of Dusk to Dawn

The view from up on top of the roof of the Dusk to Dawn isn't bad.  You can see trees stretching out all around you, and some ways distant the water tower with its spray-painted muffin on it. 

There's an air duct here with its vent cover torn off.  You can easily fit inside and probably drop down into the store.
