Investigate the Eyeballs

You investigate the many eyeballs scattered all over the room.  They are uniformly disgusting and it makes your skin crawl to look at them.

As you look, one of them blinks!  Horrified, you reel back, screaming.  You go running out of the room to find somebody else to make sure that you're not crazy.
