You find a great hiding place and hunker down, sure that nobody will ever find you.

"Get that hole taped up immediately!" you hear Bud Gleeful yelling at his handyman. "That tent's being sprayed for potato bugs, and I can't have any of the gas escaping!  It has to stay in there to poison all the little critters!"

Now that you think of it, your eyes have been watering, and your head has been swimming.  You jump up, eager to escape, but suddenly your vision blurs and you sway.  You fall down gasping.

The last thing you see is a dead potato bug.  Soon you join it.
