Head to the Tent

You pass by the woman, who is muttering "Just keep vacuuming.  Just keep vacuuming" and head towards the Tent of Telepathy.  You find that despite its name it's a fairly solid structure, and furthermore, it's locked.  You can't seem to find an entrance.

Oh, well.  Time to go back across the street.

Cut a hole in the side of the tent to get in.
