Gleeful's giant dollar sign balloon is held to the ground by two large ropes which are secured to an iron post in the ground. You could easily untie it if you wished.
Untie the dollar sign and watch it float away.
Untie the dollar sign and try to go for a ride.
Leave the dollar sign alone and go check out the Gleeful house.
