Falling

You expect to go SPLAT against the ground, and your life flashes before your eyes! 

Instead, you feel something grab you and begin swooping upwards.  Your arms and legs are pinned to your body.  The thing lets out a giant cry, and you look up, your heart filled with terror.  It's a pterodactyl!

The thing swoops low, brushing you against the treetops, before plunging into an old mine tunnel.  You are bumped and scraped against the sides before being deposited unceremoniously in a large, disheveled nest.  The dinosaur swoops away, crying.

There is a giant egg in the middle of the nest.

Investigate the egg.

Try to climb down the column to the floor.

Crawl across the rickety, rusty rail tracks towards the exit.
