You check both ways and then begin across the street.  You're about halfway there when a honking catches your attention, and you look up to see a pickup truck driven by a big dude with a NORT video game cabinet around his neck!

Although you try to jump out of the way, he unfortunately hits you with his truck.  You spend the rest of the summer in traction.
